It will either have a green or blue light on it if functioning properly.  (usually near router location or in media panel)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Check cables, make sure to check that all physical network cables are connected to the router and power supply.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#81d369\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Still having an issue?<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Power cycle your router by unplugging the power cord from your power strip or wall outlet. Wait 2-3 minutes, then plug back in.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Power cycle the dish on the roof by unplugging the power supply from your power strip or wall outlet.
