Troubleshooting Slowness or Outage
Check your router, make sure it is getting power.
Make sure the power supply to the dish on your roof is getting power. It will either have a green or blue light on it if functioning properly. (usually near router location or in media panel)
Check cables, make sure to check that all physical network cables are connected to the router and power supply.
Still having an issue?
Power cycle your router by unplugging the power cord from your power strip or wall outlet. Wait 2-3 minutes, then plug back in.
Power cycle the dish on the roof by unplugging the power supply from your power strip or wall outlet. Wait 2-3 minutes, then plug back in.
*Note – After this has been done, please allow up to 5 minutes for internet connection to restore.
